Shipping policy
In most cases, we will dispatch the orders in 1 - 3 days. And it will take an additional 2 - 7 days to delivery.
We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. If you have not received your tracking information and it has been over 3 business day, please contact us.
Return policy
You can return any item for a refund, within 14 days of receiving your original order. If you’d like a refund for your goods but you can’t return them to us for any reason, then a refund for those goods will be at our discretion.
Please go to our returns center and submit a return request. You can also contact us for returns.
We're not able to offer an exchange on returned items and all returned items will be refunded once they've been received by our warehouse. If you need a different size or color of an item, then you'll need to place a new order.
